Sleep Inertia and Other Fatigue
A pilot asked me a question today…can sleep inertia be affected (last longer or not) by your general state of fatigue?
Say for example, a pilot has been in tour for 14 days of flying, and gets up on the 15th, or someone who’s seen his sleep interrupted for several months with a young child…
Could the effects of sleep inertia last longer because of this, or would it be unaffected for a person?
